Here's a 3-step guide to see auto-split in action
Find the auto-split settings
Login to your account and go to document type page.
Locate the document type for which you want to set up auto split and click on Settings.
Proceed to the Pre processing section to click on the "Document Auto Splitting" option.
Save your configuration
Choose from the available options (Fixed Number, Text Pattern, QR Code, Custom API).
Configure the settings or criteria according to your chosen splitting method.
If desired, enable the "Create Folder on Split" option for better organization.
For files with documents of different types
Ensure Auto Classification is enabled for processing of split documents into designated types.
Follow the steps outlined in the previous section for configuring Auto Splitting.
Set up Auto Splitting specifically on the Auto Classify Document type to ensure accurate classification and processing of split documents.
